The Jaguar X-TYPE gets a fresh look for 2008, along with a host of new features inside and outside the vehicle and a new automatic transmission in the acclaimed 2.2 litre diesel. With significant revisions including nearly 500 new components, the new generation X-TYPE retains all the original car´s strengths, and adds some new ones of its own.

With a choice of two body styles – curvaceous Saloon or sporty Estate - the Jaguar X-TYPE delivers a level of power and refinement unequalled in this class. There are three engines to choose between; the 2.0 litre and 2.2 litre diesels and the 3.0 litre V6 petrol unit. They also come in 4 levels of trim and key standard equipment – S, SE, Sport Premium and Sovereign.
